Before Your Installation
To ensure a smooth carpet installation, please prepare your home before our crew arrives. Proper preparation protects your space and helps ensure the best results. If anyone in your household is ill, please contact us to reschedule. If you need assistance moving furniture, arrangements and costs should be discussed with your estimator in advance.
- Remove existing flooring and complete any subfloor repairs
- Clear the work area and remove furniture, décor, and electronics
- Arrange moving of large items such as safes, pool tables, or exercise equipment
- Maintain indoor temperature above 65°F for proper carpet stretching
- Complete painting or trim work in advance
- Secure valuables and empty cabinets and closets if needed
After Your Installation
After installation, allow your carpet time to settle and shed naturally.
- Ventilate the area to reduce installation odors
- Frequent vacuuming will remove loose fibers and reduce shedding
- Contact us if you notice any concerns
- Final invoices and warranty details will be mailed after completion
