Before Your Installation
To ensure a smooth tile installation, please prepare your home before our crew arrives. Proper preparation protects your space and helps ensure the best results. If anyone in your household is ill, please contact us to reschedule. If you need assistance moving furniture, arrangements and costs should be discussed with your estimator in advance.
- Remove existing flooring and complete any subfloor repairs
- Clear the work area and remove furniture, décor, and electronics
- Arrange moving of large items such as safes, pool tables, or exercise equipment
- Complete painting or trim work in advance
- Secure valuables and empty cabinets and closets if needed
- Note: Different thin set applications may dry at different speeds; we may need to return the following business day to grout your tile
